When Joanna is not busy with her practice, her main superpower is being a devoted mother. She loves spending time with her family. Bookkeepers are humans too and understand how business owners need to receive information at a time that works for them and their own lives; we have systems and processes in place to care for this. Joanna says, "I care for your businesses and the efforts that go into them to make them run and be successful."

At Bookkeeper’s Detox, we’ve been focusing on our wellbeing, and Joanna supports hers by taking her dog Jasmine for leisurely walks and doing plenty of yoga. This sounds like a very healthy way to 'bookend' a day in the office!

As a member of the Institute of Accountants and Bookkeepers, Joanna is currently exploring the IAB 'AML Complete' platform to meet all her practice license requirements, in addition to optimising Xero workflows.
